Great quality-price ratio with great quality control. The topsheet is semi-tacky (not traditional Chinese rubber), combined with a blue sponge (mid-pore size). The combination makes this rubber (in fact, all the Loki rubbers I used) beyond my expectations.
I prefer Loki over DHS; you pay less, but get amazing quality, quality control, and durability.
After a week I’m starting to get used to it. Felt like a dud at first, so slow, but with more impact, ball quality improves. Reminds me of a new sheet of TG2 but with less spin. Strange that hardness feels so far from factory statement, like 3 degrees softer. Light: 42 g cut, which helps a lot. Pretty affordable, so I boosted one just to play with friends, one layer as thin as I could and it got really, really fast. Huge effect. Fun, but out of control. I wonder if it comes factory boosted and the very different experiences in these reviews are a result from how much effect still remains on delivery?
Rxton 5 Pro is significantly slower than Rxton 3 — both subjectively from play (even on powerful hits the ball travels noticeably slower) and objectively from dropping a ball from fixed height onto either side of the racket (Rxton 5 Pro side results in fewer bounces than Rxton 3 side).
Not sure about spin. Both Rxton 5 Pro and Rxton 3 seem very capable with spinning.
Excellent attacking rubber for the Yinhe Pro-05 blade. Very strong spin (DHS-15 glue) and good control and attacking speed. This rubber is for players of intermediate and advanced levels.
One of the greatest budget friendly Black Rubber with Blue Sponge. Good spin and very fast rubber. Best Partner with RXTON 5 red and Loki Kirin K9 Power Blade. Not good for beginners. Its for advance offensive players
