TARGET 3 Provincial Team Exclusive. SANWEI NANO surface optimized technology: This makes the surface of traditional sticky rubbers to be more active, elastic and delicate, improving the control and spin effect when hitting the new material 40+ ball, creating looping more easily. Combined with the SANWEI W16 high-density sponge, which offers clear hand feeling and nice counter-bounce of the ball. The sponge could create a great reaction after being compressed by the coming ball then helps the player to make an efficient kill shot and nice constant counter-drive
This is the most underrated rubber. A lot of spin, with a good kick and faster than dhs tg2 neo and not much less spin if any on loop drives and brushloop, The speed is laughable rated at under 8 when a less speedy rubber like Dhs tg2 neo is at 8,5. Even at loopkills the 40° spoinge doesnt bottom out while the new nano penetration grippy surface is still tacky . So you get the chinese feel but even low effort loops the sponge gets enganged even without boosting. This for 15€ and its the price to performance best chineses rubber, because its provincial you theoritcally get better quality control. The normal verison Target 3 pro Silver Packaage is the same rubber, only worse quality control and cost a bit less. Sanwei proclaimed the high denisty w-16 spnge to have a good rebound effect and enough power to loop kill with precision and i aggree. Great great rubber , but only if you know how to whip and use relaxed acceleraton and get a great impact while brushing through the ball.
Very nice rubber - required boosting for me, but once this had been done, the results were excellent. Very spinny, fast top spins and nice control. All Sanwei rubbers offer exceptional value for money, but this one is probably the best for this. No longer available from Sanwei now, so if you can find one, grab it while you can!
I used this rubber for 2 months now, and I find it difficult to play with if you're not doing the full stroke, it is not very forgiving, if you do a half-assed stroke, the ball will hit the net. You have to play it powerfully and you have to exert effort to loop with it. Control-wise, it is really good for short pushes and short chops on the table, serve is very spinny due to its tackiness. I find it hard to block on this rubber. If you are a beginner, you're not gonna enjoy playing with this rubber. Durability-wise, the top sheet has marks already after less than 3 months.
I a 39 degree version of this rubber for the forehand of my V14 pro. Having played with Battle 2 40deg, I'd say this rubber is around the same weight, produces less spin and a tad bit slower than B2. It really requires you to do the right stroke and weight transfer as the throw angle is usually low so the ball often hit the net when I do it wrongly. Serve receive, push and blocking is fine though.
Update: after changing to N10s to get better control, this rubber has proven to have quite some speed and spin with medium throw though the topsheet worn out a bit quick
This rubber is in the same archetype as H3, with a very tacky topsheet and a dense sponge. This rubber just feels very slow and dead to me. Even after 3 layers of booster, it really can't generate much speed. It seems like it doesn't react as well to booster as H3.
Also, the throw angle/arc is extremely low. Most of my shots go into the net without a fairly major adjustment. I find this rubber very difficult to use.
