Awesome Power and Extra Precision Already Without Speed Glue
The performance leader of upcoming era. Awesome performance is
created by the next generation of breakthrough technology - TENSOR
BIOS. TENSOR BIOS created a maximum effect of speed glue inside the
rubber. The built-in glue effect eliminates the need of Liquid gluing
which will be banned from 2008 September.
Built-in speed glue effect is virtually 100% without speed gluing.
OMEGA II without any speed gluing demonstrates more powerful
performance than any rubbers normally glued. Extra consistency and
precision greatly improve the success rate of technical strokes in
high speed game. OMEGA II is developed for the professional players
of offensive style. Adoption to these great characters may take a few
days of practice, because the power from the maximized built-in speed
is far beyond your experience.
Please apply the glue just enough to attach the rubber to the blade.
Over-gluing or re-gluing will rather reduce the performance of OMEGA
II which is already at the peak of speed glue effect.
I use Xiom Omega 2 Asian on my Xiom Omega Pro Blade, this is quite a good rubber! Very bouncy rubber, thus, you will need time to control it. Overall I am satisfied with this rubber.
Update: I have updated several items (control, tackiness, and throw angle). My opinion still with the fast tension rubber, no-too-spinny and decent control, this is heavy rubber.
Xiom Omega 2 Asian is quite a good rubber for intermediates this rubber is so fast really fast but lacks in control and spin
(Speed may due to the BIOS Tensor Rubber)
So it might be hard for beginners to control it is not recommended
and also not recommended on an OFF+ which your Speed will be maxed out and limit your control so I recommend this on a flexible and light blade
Agree entirely with Glenn and gekogark. Speed is fabulous, and spin has room for improvement. The ok spin and high speed make it difficult to control (especially when cutting in my opinion).
As said, great for smashers and attacks.
I use with Xiom Hayabusa Zxi.
