Yasaka Mark V HPS

This is the rubber most non pros should be using. It is a faster and a bit spinnier version of regular Mark V. Great for close/mid table play with very good control. Much easier handling than some of the top end Tensors. This rubber has all the gears to play a powerful allround looping/hitting game. Why spend big bucks for Tensors that require steady training and practice when you can play with this at 92% performance of those high dollar rubbers. A wonderful version of Mark V. Great for FH and BH. The ultimate go to rubber for non pros.

I recently tried this rubber on a OFF- blade; Limba-Ayous, with the plastic ball and it was disappointing. The rubber is well made but seems to lack grip with the plastic ball but it may be that my blade being soft impacts its performance with the plastic ball so I am going to keep the rubber around and try it later on a harder stiffer blade to see if its performance improves. The other issue is playing style as it may work better with flat hitting, smashing etc.

Offensive rubber with excellent spin and control. Very good grip if you brush the ball adequately. Medium throw angle, less than all Rakza serie rubbers. Excellent in powerfull top spin with a low angle rasing the net. Very good also in the short game, plenty of control. Easy spinny serves. And more, it has a very light weight, lightens significantly the total weight of your paddle if you use it on both sides FH & BH, allowing you to pair them with an heavier blade. The only weakness I see is the durability of the top sheet which quickly wears out under heavy top spins. Without any doubt quicker and a lot spinnier than the original Mark V without loosing any control.

utilizada con madero Joola Flame Fast (FH), encuentro que es mas lenta que el promedio que esta en la pagina, pero con la tecnica adecuada se pueden realizar bucles muy fuertes y con gran giro, es muy facil realizar bucles, topspin de apertura y tercera bola, no con tanto giro como la Calibra lt sound, pero con mas control, tambien se pueden realizar saques con mucho spin y con un poco de ajustes tambien se pueden realizar bloqueos consistentes, el caucho es de gran calidad, llevo ocupandolo aproximadamente 6 meses y no tiene ninguna pifia a diferencia de mi Tenergy 05 en BH, gran caucho para mejorar tus tecnicas de juego, recomendado para bucleadores cerca de la mesa.
