Coach Hardin tells you the whys-something that is not often explained: \"There is a definite shortcut to improving your game by training your mind first, and then your body\", says Coach Hardin. \"If you\'ll take time to understand the game, developing anticipation, identifying the ball before you begin the stroke, and getting a good feel of where the blade is in relation to the ball you\'re about to hit, you\'ll become a much better player much faster than if you follow the traditional approach of stroke and footwork repetition. Don\'t practice anything you wouldn’t use in a game.\"
