Join Coach Hardin as he takes you inside his beginner, intermediate, and advanced coaching sessions. You\'ll find new concepts that will make you a better player faster. Break away from the tradition of repetition because repetition without understanding creates an unstable foundation on which to build your game. Learn to break down the fundamentals in order to practice them one step at a time as you build a strong foundation.

Coach Hardin tells you the whys-something that is not often explained: \"There is a definite shortcut to improving your game by training your mind first, and then your body\", says Coach Hardin. \"If you\'ll take time to understand the game, developing anticipation, identifying the ball before you begin the stroke, and getting a good feel of where the blade is in relation to the ball you\'re about to hit, you\'ll become a much better player much faster than if you follow the traditional approach of stroke and footwork repetition. Don\'t practice anything you wouldn’t use in a game.\"

This is a good solid training video by an unpretentious coach who does a good job in explaining the game in an easy to understand presentation. I know Coach Hardin and 10-11 years ago I served as an assistant coach in a training seminar he conducted for youth in Ohio. I rated this as advanced because I found it useful and I was in the 1950 level when I first watched it. This video uses some of his students-some are vg players, others are players with lower ratings. It is well worth the money in my opinion. Besides, Coach Hardin is a great guy :-)
