Cornilleau Aero OFF+ Soft Carbon
Review of Cornilleau Aero OFF+ Soft CarbonMy best blade it is faster and slower than a PG7. Weight is like a T11+ but with good arc and soft touch in the short game. With a rubber speed rated over 8.4 I find I am restricting my stroke. I can recommend soft Palio HK1997 Biotech speed rated at 8.3 on this for chopping and hitting. It is cheap and good on this blade. I did not try H3NPO because I needed a light blade.Dec 21, 2017

DHS Power-G PG7
Review of DHS Power-G PG7A step up from the N-9 for me a very good blade. When playing OX I could chop to the baseline which I could not do with the much slower Palio Cat so good control. My dad plays it OX Jpen with long orthodox handle and it gives him better feel than his Jpen blade. With fast rubbers give more speed and spin than my team mates T-11+. If you do looping and counter looping mid distance you will love this blade. The pg7 can be a bit fast when over the table you do not use full stroke overthrowing the table is a threat. I now play 729/ v6 with fast rubbers. The pg7 gets my recommendation for an all round attacking game. May 11, 2017

Dr. Neubauer High Technology Plus

Review of Dr. Neubauer High Technology PlusMy 727/V6 rated 9.6 overall so I would say this should be 11.2 on that scale because balsa gives better feed back than carbon. Speed range is big and lot of good feeling. Slow push All, normal play OFF-, but when flat hitting the balsa gives an OFF. Large but light blade Control very high got to get one for my BH game. Light blade means fast flicks may be It's the large size gives more stability. Big handle gives control but needs sealing with 50% water PVA mix also use super glue on the blade edge. The 13mm blade still feels very flexible or soft but very good blocking. This is not a normal blade all I can say is test drive one to see if it's for you,but I love it. But it is not for very fast game and too head heavy with inverted rubber on both sides. I now use a DHS PG7 which is faster and better balanced wood or 727/V6 with fast rubbers which is better for my spin game. I have heard balsa takes the spin out of the rubber. After 2 months of testing I fell out of love with this blade. Every week someone will say is that bat legal it is but not normal depending on your point of view .Jun 30, 2023

Dr. Neubauer High Tech Cypress Carbon

Review of Dr. Neubauer High Tech Cypress CarbonI can not get the set up for me.I would love it to be slower so I can buy rubbers that work with it. After much testing I did get much control and speed but the handle is odd to me. This is on going I can not get the set up for me..... OK ... My best of all time bat is with Palio The way FH H3NEO BH. Wow what a bat but I never want to go through that 6 months of testing again. I do not know why it needs to be 10mm to play like it is but I will put up with it. At first I did not think I could play with this now I love it when set up with H3 NEO wow the speed the spin the control the gears and it is light weight . Did I say like it.Jul 22, 2023

Friendship/729 V-6
Review of Friendship/729 V-6I bought this because of the record 9.5 overall score but did not believe it until I tried it. But yes better for my game than a now retired DHS PG7. The V6 is carbon so feedback not like an all wood blade. With fast rubbers it will play like an off- but with a great touch. I therefore recommend the V6 with fast rubbers to match the PG7 or N9. I seem to play better with an HRT Clipper or pg7 according to my team mates they are faster but very good blade too. If you can use skill and win by not hitting but superior placement short game then try the V6. It is a very good training for that sort of game. The carbon feel is there which is not perfect for me. Update after 4 years now use a DHS 301 just fantasticAug 22, 2020

Huaruite Clipper
Review of Huaruite ClipperWeight 88g the handle is too smooth for a good grip and the side is rough it would give me blisters if I tried to play long with it. But a few seconds with sandpaper made it perfect. The bottom of the blade needed rounding off too.For sealing I use PVA or quick drying car paint lacquer. Pritt stick stationery glue works on 50% of rubbers and is easy to remove after. I only used the clipper for two hours it could have more to give, the dwell time is fantastic. Close to the DHS PG7 but cheaper I do not know which one I prefer. Update I have now fully tested the clipper. You can drill a hole under the metal 2091 tag and add solder to offset the weight of the rubbers. A little slower than the PG7 but a lot more control the handle fits my hand better than the PG7. I would recommend this blade to a beginner or intermediate there is no need to upgrade. I will not be looking for another blade for sometime. This is one seriously good blade and suites me better than the other blades I have tried(729V6, N-9,N-9S, T11+, Y15, Palio Cat, Dr. Neubauer High Technology Plus , PG7).Very good speed with such control well done HRT. Tibhar KS Kinetic Speed
Review of Tibhar KS Kinetic SpeedPlayed it with Evolution the bat is like 3 times the cost of my one. I did like the handle, the control speed low catapult and gears but they are the same as my bat ( all excellent ). So if I do not win it's all about the player not the £bat. Boosted H3 neo is slow with this blade. I got one for £149 I would not pay the RRP £240. I would say speed is off+ at best but can play all round if not pushed or should I say that with H3 NEO. I got a lot of low gears but trouble reaching the high gears. I am thinking mx-p may be better for this blade? Weight somewhere between 82g to 92g so not consistent. A very solid platform to launch an attack or chop but my old one is better for me so selling this blade to get the full potential out of it. I will not be buying a set of mx-p every month. Maybe ZLC blades will not work with brushing Chinese rubbers so I got myself a sheet of mx-p and it works so well with speed. and spin. So did Tibhar designed it to work with mx-p. Good job I did not sell it on Xiom Vega Europe or galaxy earth 2 very good with this blade. I use MX-D BH and 1997 gold FH I am now starting to like it a lot, second time around its control getting better over time it seems more forgiving and therefore easier to play well with so I will keep it for match play.Jun 30, 2024

Yinhe T-11+
Review of Yinhe T-11+Light and powerful short stroke so OAP's and over the table players love it. Difficult to control the speed changes from slow to fast so the short game needs gears( Globe999 will fix this and most of the issues I had with this blade). Even rubbers like B2 or H3 NEO lack spin due to stiff blade and little dwell time. I had a problem getting the full power on the table due to lack of spin and low arc. I would win a game 11-8 by putting 8 balls into the net. With the N-9 or Y-15 no problem with spin and good arc. If ever Galaxy bring out a more flexible T11+ I would buy it. I can not understand why they make the T series so similar and stiff. T11+ is a great blade but could be far better if only 1mm thinner. I love the concept of this blade it is almost spot on if only it could loop well. Passive play will loose points. Driving and smash is the way to win with this blade. A good chopper will make life hard. I am now going back to re-test this blade after 2 years using AK-47 red sponge FH and boosted AK-47 blue sponge BH. My game could have improved to fit this blade better. I can now play the low arc and spin game learnt from LP and take balls off the bounce. I will have the second half of the league season to compare results. Update I ended up selling this blade to my team mate because it suited their fast low spin game better than my more all round play. We think boosted AK-47 blue sponge is the good fit on Fh and BH for speed. Lightly boosted 9000E would be good for a more all round game. If I ever play in a league with this blade again it will be with BH boosted Globe999 which gives back short game control and is also good for chopping and spin. FH Galaxy 9000D is cheap and good speed 7.5 to fully boosted 8.8. I will only lightly boost to give best control and still hit passed my opponents. This blade is as good as manly more expensive blades but rubber choice is so critical. Mars2 works so I been told and is cheap.Aug 25, 2020

Yinhe N-9

Review of Yinhe N-9Buy this cheap blade and cheap Chinese rubbers will become fast but not so good with hard rubbers. What a cheap set up for the offensive minded player. My team mate and I started with the N-9. We both moved onto other blades as our game developed there are better blades out there but not at this price.Feb 09, 2023

Yinhe Venus V-11
Review of Yinhe Venus V-11This is the translation of santilohiAs Sanul said, very good quality blade, with exterior and interior Hinoki blades, as usual in Galaxy - Yinhe, my first favorite brand No. 1 in quality and price - the blade received is very light, it only weighs 84 grams and It has very good control, being fast, not excessively, it is not off+ but rather off, and it has a good Swuet TOP. or impact area, in that it is better than my beloved and retouched, and lightened, in the Galaxy No. 9 handle, my favorite so far, that I have acquired, the Venus 11, I would even dare to say, that it is more, lighter and elastic, than the Venus 1, and controls more, having the kevlar sheets intertwined, with the carbon, which gives it less rigidity and more waiting time, very good for direct or hit drives. and good Top -Without- - proven ,with red Corbor Reactor and better, goes with Mercury-2, red 40 degrees forehand and black corbor reactor backhand. I think that with tensioned rubber it works better, whether it be the tenergy-05 -80 - or the donic bluefire jp-1 or m1 m2 - joola - other tensioned or fast rubbers, try© with tenergy-05 and brice speed fx - for now I don't give it a ten-ten-until I try it more. Although at the moment I do recommend it, as a very good off-road racket with very good balance and touch, similar to the Timo Boll ZLC, much more expensive and heavier. Oct 17, 2023
