ok spin.. good control.. low speed.. hard to loop.. the throw angle is low.. better use it for BH.. easy to receive any kind of serve.. need sometime to make this rubber break in.. the first 3-4 hours of this rubber will be a huge disappointment. but after that it will show their fangs. Good rubber for 2years++ experience of TT.. not recommended for beginner.. I'm using this rubber with DPPCS v1..

Tremendous amount of spin..forgiving for a chinese rubber..sponge is dead hard as rock if (unboosted)..topsheet is so so..control is good..just tacky..the provincial is way more better than commercial

Review of DHS NEO Hurricane 3 Provincial (Orange Sponge)

Top sheet is less tacky than commercial version..top sheet also more lively n thinner compare to commercial version..the sponge is a little bit different u will notice province has firmer,livelier, brighter colour of sponge that makes it has a lot of gear..meanwhile commercial is more darker orange colour and feel dead hard as rock..province has 2.2 thickness meanwhile commercial 2.15..thats why province can give more speed n power by a slight margin..the potential of spin is same with commercial.

Heavy tacky rubber (47degree 2.2mm)..it plays different than hurricane..u can drive near table with alot of power using this rubber..recommended for fh..price/performance ratio is very good!

Good rubber for backhand..it can grab the plastic ball very well..ok control..spin speed is ok but not too fast..grippy top sheet..it has medium throw angle which is good for flick on medium high throw blade..reactive to incoming spin becareful..counterblocking is quite hard due to its spin sensitivity

good rubber but kinda lack of spin compare to tenergy series..for spin tenery>xiom
but for control n block I prefer this rubber. easier to do counter spin with BH than tenergy64.
the speed n bounce/loop kinda like T64 but the throw angle a bit lower
Overall I prefer this rubber

good for bh flick,flat hit..the sponge is 42.5 degree which is good for stiff blade..it has high gear..top sheet is medium & not grippy..sponge feel like medium..i use max 2.2mm both fh n bh..not spin sensitive..spin & speed is good enough..it has high throw angle..chop is ok..perfectly designed for plastic ball..the black sheet is softer n more controllable meanwhile the red one is kind of harder n less dwell time also harder to control in bh so I put it on fh..I recommend the 2.0mm thickness

Rakza 7 soft is good for plastic ball..it can grip the ball very well..i use max thickness..very controlled rubber..forgiving rubber..nice block..but kind of hard to flick near the net cause the throw angel is high..awesome durability
