Excellent - very spinny and good control.
I loop on forehand, but having changed to this rubber I can now go back and chop reliably, which has given my game a new dimension. Also, my spinny serves have been given a new lease of life, and opponents are all complaining loudly about the outrageous amount of spin i am getting! Very good control for this rubber too, the ball seems to bounce on much more than with my old rubber. So in my view and for my loopy spinny and control game, this is an excellent rubber!
Please note that the shown cover for this rubber is no longer current. - review for the SOFT version !!!!
I asked the seller for the lightest rubbers possible. He recommended this rubber to me. Facts: Yinhe 9000E in SOFT !!!! ... however, on the back of the rubber it says 9005 and an S. ( - current AliExpress price: $7!!!) My red rubber (... with an extremely fine-pored sponge!) weighs 80 g in its original packaging, uncut with protective film 60.5 g. (- film weight: 1.5 g.) and cut to 157 x 150 mm, only 41,5 grams. - quite light!!! Unfortunately, the sponge thickness and hardness are not specified, but I was able to determine a hardness of 33 degrees (Chinese level) with my Shore Meter. ... the thickness is probably 2 mm. I first tested this rubber (- glued with solvent-based adhesive!) on my SANWEI 54 ALC inner, and this rubber felt a little bit "dead" after sticking it on. (- as I have experienced with other rubbers from time to time!!!) Less catapult, less rotation!!! - fortunately this situation changes after a few hours and now catapult as well as proper rotation can be detected. ... also the rubber is a bit sticky! I normally play (on the blade used for testing) the Donic bluegrip S2 with 1.8 mm on my backhand side. I will therefore compare the YINHE rubber with this rubber (with 42.5 degrees hardness, int. level!) - I am very excited. Conclusion: the yinhe rubber is harder, faster, but generates less spin and less arc as my Bluegrip S2. All in all, I can really recommend this rubber. It's definitely a very affordable and lightweight option for the backhand side as too for beginners!
I love this rubber. After having played the tuttle octopus rubber for 9 months on FH on a 5 plywood blade (Stiga Hans Alser from the 70 s), I glued the yinhe 9000 e medium on a DHS PG 5 (ALC blade) for FH play. What a difference in speed and spin it made. I could suddenly play hard winning shots on FH and play decent spin. For me it is the perfect rubber to use just after the beginners level and the price is very good too. It is very durable, if you clean it regularly. I mostly played outdoors even in winter with snow spring and summer and after 10 months it is still playable.
Just got it yesterday. Overall the rubber is great. High control with above average speed is excellent for beginners. I used it on an old 5-ply wooden blade, as a beginner myself, and the vibrations I felt guided me through my first playing session. Putting it on the FH, it was pretty tricky on the serves and great on looping and counter looping. Also chopping was overall consistent. The rubber is not so tacky though; it cannot stick a ball off the table. Overall the rubber is fantastic for its low price and is easy to get used to.
