loki rxton 1 is a very good rubber, yes low speed but the rating on the spin and control must be higher. its top sheet is of high quality same as the sponge, but the spingnof the red rubber is a little brittle compared to the black one. by pinching red is softer that the black thus i put the black on fh. with a quality blade you can launch top spin missiles towards your opponent, considering your technique is good. blocks are great and you can angle the ball to place it on the oponents uncomfortable side. i think hardness degree is on 37-40 degree chinese scale. its sticky at first but wears off for a time although theres still tack to the rubber but not as tacky as h3, still adhering to a plastic sheet. you can replace them a every month or so because they are dirt cheap... over the years ive used mercury 2 but now theyve fallen off and rxton 1 replaced them for me

Revised! I bought this rubber on Aliexpress for 6 €. My black rubber weighed 87 g in the packaging. Uncut it weighed 64 grams (with protective film) and ultimately weighed 46 grams (155 x 150 mm) on my blade. As I found, the level of rotation depends heavily on the blade used. In itself, this rubber can be compared quite well with the Reaktor V5. However, the Roxton 1 is a little faster (- delivers more catapult !!!), is softer, lighter (approx. 2 g, cut!) and produces slightly less rotation. Conclusion: whether for beginners or advanced users, this rubber is absolutely convincing and unbeatable at this price point. - I would absolutely not prefer European or Japanese rubber in the price segment under 20 €. ... even if they are more elastic (softer). Addendum: read too my review for the Huieson ZLC blade! Addendum: I took the trouble to determine the sponge hardness levels for my 3 rubbers. (- ... with my Shore measuring device!) Result: black. Rubber once with 50 degrees and once with 52 degrees hardness. The red rubber with also 52 degrees. ( - according to international level. !!! ) ... 38 & 39 Chinese level.

I am writing about the Loki Rxton I Special rubber with a black sponge. This rubber is an exact copy of the Friendship 729 Battle 2 rubber, only it costs half as much. But you should buy Loki Rxton only with a black sponge.

My ratings: Speed 7.5 , Spin 7.5 , control 10, Overall 10. Why such a high score overall? Basically, this rubber is a gem. It is a modernised, cheap slightly tacky Sriver. It's not very fast, but fast enough to win points using speed. It's spin is good enough to be dangerous. The control is just perfect, it does exactly what you intend to do and placement is superb. It's very hard to miss the table, and it's very hard to send the ball into the net. For beginners this is a rubber to land more shots, a rubber that can allow you to train well and improve skills because all shots are possible at a high level. For intermediate players this rubber can compete with any other because whilst it might not be as fast or spinny, the added control will give great confidence and earn many points. For advanced players, this is still a gem! You can play the control game, placing the ball very uncomfortably, making your opponent lose position and then finishing him off. Best Under 10$ rubbers: Loki Roxton 1, 999T (spinnier, controlled, softer but reaches a maximum power and spin quickly because it's soft - similar to Sriver FX Chinese version), Tornado V5 - LONG throw rubber designed to place balls at the very edge of the table to pressure opponents - Similar to the Old Stiga Mendo MP.

Nice top sheet quality and interesting sponge. This is not fast rubber, but speed can be improved by tuning. Spin is something that should be focused on, as it is really great, and this will be effective immediately on serves and during rallies. Nice for blocking, surface is sticky enough to help with serve receives (we will see for how long), and so far looks like a perfect choice for flicks and transitions. Control is nice, it compensates lack of speed, and this rubber will provide a lot of fun during play. I'm using Black rubber on Yinhe V14 Pro, boosted with mineral oil, and will keep if for some time like that.
