Very high throw angle and spin, high arc. This resembles T05, with much tuner, (that's also stuffed full of something :). Regular sponge (40-42, 42-44, uncut mass 70-73g) is higher spin and speed, japanese sponge (42-44 uncut mass 72-75g) is less spin sensitivity, but lower spin potencial (preferably backhand). Both are very valuable, and incredible good bases for tuning. 3-4g PO to sponge and 2-3g to topsheet.

At such low price, this rubber is unbeatable. I used this soft rubber for BH. There is decent catapult effect and speed. The sponge and topsheet are fairly soft, giving you great control. The combination of slight tackiness and good grip generates surprisingly good amount of spin. The best thing about this rubber is the high throw angle. When performing BH loops, I can produce both high arcs and low arcs as I want. I've bought two sheets of CJ8000 so far and I've detected no noticeable differences between the two sheets, so the consistency of this rubber seems ok. I need a few more months of playing to know how good the durability is. So far it's holding up pretty well.

Palio Bio 40 - 42 is mediocre rubber with some quality control issues. Out of the pack rubber is slightly tacky with medium grip. Pips do have some height on them so that makes top sheet somewhat softer too. Rubber does not have the highest grip. Personally i would say many review of CJ8000 are way overrated. I had few sheets of this and some of them had thickness variations in the sponges. No excuse for that at all! On good sheets that i actually used there was a problem of ball slipping of the rubber, so you would net without the reason on not so demanding strokes. I would not recommend this rubber to anybody but the absolute beginner until they fix quality control problems. On the positive side when you open this rubber it looks as very promising sheet of rubber so i do get how people rate it so high.
