Nice looking black dense sponge, with medium-tacky topsheet. It has a very modern look to it. Ball sticks to the sheet a little when new. This rubber is impressively and surprisingly spinny. The topsheet is both tacky and grippy and can really spin the ball heavy when you want to. The rubber can bite the ball, and your loops can kick off the table.
Out of package, it has the typical Chinese dead-feel to it. Its not very bouncy or fast and needs booster to be competitive. With booster, it is one of the best rubbers. Both fast, responsive, and extremely spinny.
I tried to find great CP value of rubber and seller (from Taobao China) replaced my order (out of stock) with this rubber. I was so surprised how easy to control my return, especially short in-the-table play. By the way, I play with Darker speed 90 10mm J-penhold, which is very powerful itself due to 1-ply top-grade hinoki wood, however, it is little hard to control. After it match Reactor Thunder, I totally balance in all aspects: speed, control, spin. Anyway, I like this rubber very very much, however, your opinion may vary due to your racket’s power.
After I complained this rubber at the seller "BEO store" (on AliExpress) and wrote a bad review, I was then blacklisted by the seller and will no longer be supplied! My review was: "not worth the money", but that´ was exaggerated. This rubber is like a "brake pad with black sponge"!!! - presumably this rubber will only be happy with a tuner. (- Zhuangcorp described it very well !) While it delivers decent rotation (- more than, for example, the Tornado or Tornado V5), it lacks flexibility and speed. Facts: black rubber with maximum thickness(2 mm),
weight packed 87 g., uncutted 68 g. (incl. protective film!) and cutted on 157 x 150 mm, 51 grams. ... very hard sponge, probably above 50 degrees hardness at international level. Conclusion: without the use of tuners, this rubber should only be of interest to defenders. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, because it is to hard and doesn't have enough elasticity. Addendum: my best choice was this rubber (at my BH side) on a TSP 8.5 ! ( - Rocket-Blade ;P )
