Applying the brand-new "Accurate Attacking Technique", the fast speed sense and stable spin controlling will bring to you more accurate beating just like the dart hit the bull's eye. The combination of classic Chinese sticky surface, thicker topsheet and lighter tension sponge, make this model more elastic, with strong attacking power and incredible spin, to be a sharp weapon for quick attack/looping player under the inorganic international rules.
I call this a H3 lite. It has some similar characteristics as H3, but less tacky hence the 90 name. Not a very fast or bouncy rubber, medium level speed but its really more of a spin-oriented rubber. Ball stays on the rubber for longer. More of a controlled attack rubber. Short game feels good. Quite spinny, very similar dynamic as H3, but maybe not quite as spinny.
Also the bright red sponge on black topsheet looks beautiful. The topsheet itself also still stays shiny and new-looking even after many weeks of play.
Surprisingly good cheap rubber. Works well with faster blades. It is a looping dream. Is tacky in a different kind of way, extremely grippy, but sometimes it fails to grip and the ball falls of. Nevertheless would recommend. It is easy to use, and could be used by many with success, but it requires good footwork. Boosting not needed as it is elastic enough.
I tested this rubber on a Sanwei EX-C Froster blade. Sanwei Target 90 is an offensive rubber that is quite good in every aspect. It could be very good for players developing their skills, because it's not really as fast or spinny as for example DHS H3N. It got a softer feel and it's quite easy to place the ball where you want it, so if you want a reliable forehand rubber for a fast and controlled looping game without having to sacrifice control, then this might be something for you.
Really nice rubber, which I use as a substitute in some blade for hurricane 3. It is a bit more forgiving and doesn't reactbloke crazy on incoming spin, so it is a quite easy to play the ball early.
